G is for Grammar.
I know that there are a lot of grammar police out there. I used to be one.
Perfect grammar has its place. But as a true Southern girl, I can tell you. It
ain’t all that necessary when you write dialog.
Perfect grammar is boring. That
just ain’t the way folks talk. When I write, my grammar is better than when I
speak. When I write dialog, I read it out loud. We don’t need no perfect
grammar to get a point across. So write how you feel and fight with the editor
about it later. G is for Grammar. #atozchallenge
